How We Work Together

Our subscription model is built around seamless collaboration. Here's how we make it work:

1. Requesting Work

Submit design requests through our shared board. Include context, references, and any relevant assets. We review and confirm the scope within 24 hours.

2. Delivery Timeline

Most requests are delivered within 2-4 business days. Complex projects may be broken into phases with adjusted timelines.

3. Feedback & Revisions

Each delivery includes up to two rounds of revisions. Feedback should be specific and consolidated to keep the process efficient.

4. Communication

We communicate primarily through email and Slack. Regular check-ins are scheduled to ensure alignment on priorities.

5. Tools & File Delivery

We design in Figma. All files are delivered with shared Figma links. Development-ready assets (SVGs, specs) are included as needed.
